The camera contributes its own solar panel, remembers bin night in 4K and does not need a shelf in the pantry. It does need a compatible HomeBase. HomeBase 3 is the documented Australian retail route, and eufy’s current compatibility schedule also supports HomeBase Professional S1. No HomeBase is included.

Condition: Manufacturer Renewed (Excellent Condition). Previously used, renewed by the manufacturer and supplied in protective renewed non-retail packaging. Light handling marks or fine gloss scratching can still be present.
Required system: the S330 does not work alone. HomeBase 3 (S380) and HomeBase Professional S1 (T9000) are supported and sold separately; HomeBase 2 and HomeBase Mini are not supported. Confirm model T8160, current firmware and the features available on the selected base before purchase.
Recording limit: event recording only. This battery-and-solar camera does not support continuous 24/7 recording. Apple Home is not supported; Alexa and Google Assistant are supported through the compatible system.

The S330 has lived somewhere before. It returned through the manufacturer’s renewal programme and comes back in the tidiest cosmetic class in CamGuard’s renewed range.
Excellent describes the cosmetic grade; it does not erase the previous use. Light handling marks and fine gloss scratching can appear under strong direct light. Renewal and renewal testing belong to the manufacturer’s process. CamGuard Australia supplies its own 12-month warranty.

Resolution improves captured detail; it does not guarantee identification at every distance, angle or lighting condition. A useful mounting position beats an architecturally dramatic view of the side fence.

Does the S330 work without a HomeBase?
No. It is an add-on camera and cannot operate standalone. HomeBase 3 or HomeBase Professional S1 is mandatory and sold separately; no HomeBase is included.
Can I rely on a HomeBase 2 instead?
No. T8160 supports HomeBase 3 and HomeBase Professional S1; HomeBase 2 and HomeBase Mini are not supported. Keep the selected compatible base on current firmware and check feature availability before purchase.
What does Manufacturer Renewed Excellent mean?
The camera was previously used and renewed by the manufacturer. Excellent is the highest renewed cosmetic class here, while still permitting light handling marks or fine gloss scratching. It is not brand new.
Will two hours of sunlight always keep it full?
No. That is eufy’s sustaining-use scenario under suitable direct sunlight and typical use. Shade, cloud, frequent triggers, longer clips and live viewing can increase battery demand.
Does it record continuously?
No. The S330 is designed for event recording. Increasing HomeBase storage capacity does not add a 24/7 continuous recording mode.
Where is the 16 GB or 16 TB storage?
Those figures belong to HomeBase 3, not the add-on camera. HomeBase 3 has 16 GB built in and supports expansion up to 16 TB with a suitable drive, sold separately.
