A purpose-built Faraday pouch can block the signal used in relay theft, but test it by sealing the fob inside and checking that the car stays locked. Loose kitchen foil is not a tested enclosure, so do not rely on a homemade foil pocket.

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is the return policy?
We offer 30-day change-of-mind returns on all of our products — we just ask that items come back in the same condition you received them, and that you cover the return postage. Faulty or warranty items are different: we cover those, with a pre-paid return label and a replacement or refund in line with our warranty policy and Australian Consumer Law.
What about warranty?
Our items are covered by a 12-month warranty provided by CamGuard Australia - this means we handle warranties directly with customers instead of redirecting you to manufacturers :)
We know how important these devices are to your household - therefore we try to minimise your downtime in the rare occurrence you experience a product failure and use Australia Post Express to dispatch warranty replacement units. View our warranty policy for further details.
How long will it take for my order to be dispatched?
We aim to dispatch orders the same day when they're placed before 2pm Queensland time (AEST). To set a realistic expectation, please allow up to one business day for dispatch. Pre-orders are the exception - those are dispatched once stock lands.
During peak periods like Christmas, Easter and major sale events, dispatch can take 1–3 business days.
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet and you've changed your mind, just email us and we'll cancel it and refund you in full.
Orders are sent from Townsville, Queensland. Delivery time is on top of dispatch and depends on Australia Post and your postcode - their postage calculator will give you an estimate.
